Payment issues
For a missing rank update, include the Stripe receipt or payment reference, the amount, and the Telegram profile you backed. Do not include full card numbers or secret keys.
Listing reports
Report impersonation, private profiles, illegal content, abuse, or an inaccurate public profile by sending the profile URL and a short explanation. We may hide a listing while it is reviewed.
What to expect
Payment status is confirmed by the provider webhook before a contribution changes the board. Failed or abandoned checkouts do not count. See the Refund policy for payment review requests.
Never send a card number, password, API key, or admin token by email.
