Completed contributions
A confirmed contribution is generally final because it is immediately attached to a profile and changes the public ranking. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, a later rank change, or a profile that is later outbid.
We will review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, or any refund right required by applicable law.
Failed or pending payments
Failed, cancelled, and abandoned checkouts do not move the board. If your bank shows a temporary authorization but the checkout was not completed, the bank or payment provider normally releases it according to its own timing.
How to request a review
Email support@tgbid.lol with the profile URL, amount, date, and Stripe payment reference or receipt. Do not send full card numbers. We may ask for information needed to verify the transaction.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. The time for the credit to appear depends on the bank or card issuer. You retain any rights available under applicable consumer law and card-network rules.
