1. Information we receive
When you submit a profile, we receive the Telegram username or public link, the selected profile type, and any optional name you enter for the public bid feed. We may fetch public profile metadata such as a display name, avatar, and description when Telegram makes it available.
When you pay, Stripe processes your card and billing details. We receive payment status, transaction references, amount, currency, and related checkout information, but not your full card number.
2. How we use information
- Display and maintain the public leaderboard and profile pages.
- Confirm successful payments and apply each contribution once.
- Prevent spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, and payment fraud.
- Respond to reports, refund requests, and support questions.
- Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
3. Services we use
Stripe handles checkout and payment processing. Supabase and Vercel provide database and hosting services for the application. Telegram may provide public profile metadata when a submitted profile is looked up. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Public information
Submitted usernames, profile metadata, rank, cumulative total, and optional public bidder name may appear on the site. Do not submit information you do not want displayed publicly. Payment records are kept for reconciliation and are not editable through the public site.
5. Retention and choices
We retain payment and board records for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. You can request correction of inaccurate information or ask a question about your data by contacting support@tgbid.lol. Requests are handled subject to records we must keep by law.
6. Local preferences and security
The site may store a theme preference in your browser. We use reasonable technical controls, including server-side validation, rate limits, and payment webhook verification, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
